Check-out: By 12:00 PM
Early check-in before 7am attracts a full rate, while check-in between 7am and 11am attracts 50% of the rate charged, as an early check-in fee.

Reservation Policies:
A valid government-issued ID and payment details are required at the time of booking. All reservations are subject to availability.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure reservation. We accept major debit cards and Bank Transfer payment methods.
Cash is not accepted

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.

Illegal Drugs
Illicit Drug use is prohibited at all times.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed on the property.

Noise & Disturbances:
Please respect other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Caution Fee:
A refundable caution fee is charged at check-in.

Complimentary housekeeping services are provided. Linen change and room cleaning are done thrice a week.

Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. The management will not be held liable for any loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

We respect your privacy.

All standard policies pertaining to hotel/ hospitality industry are applicable when a specific reservation policy is not mentioned in the “Terms and Conditions”.

Applicable Taxes –Taxes are as applicable at the time of reservation.

Orbit Hospitality reserves the right to send guests away from the Apartment due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, or medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger employees or other guests.

Claimed items can be collected from the premises with valid identification or alternatively, the staff can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense. Orbit Hospitality is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area. Orbit Hospitality is obliged to clearly express in the parking area that the area is not supervised and that Orbit Hospitality is not responsible for the property kept in there.

The transport to the airport is provided as an ancillary service and Orbit Hospitality is not accountable for whatsoever happens to the guests during such transits. You further agree that the General Terms and Conditions as provided on the website shall constitute the binding agreement between yourself and Orbit Hospitality in relation to all commercial arrangements including reservation, stay, payment, usage of facilities, etc.

You shall indemnify and hold Orbit Hospitality & Facility Management harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost, and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in the apartment.
